How Shipping Works
CHEDILA works with a small number of trusted suppliers to bring you our range of products. Because of this, orders may ship directly from different supplier locations depending on the items purchased, using couriers selected for reliability and cost in each region.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and supplier:
- Europe: approx. 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: approx. 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: approx. 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or supplier fulfillment schedules.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
